Why we picked it

An editorial choice based on facts the place publishes, not on a stay or a meal.

Mozaic is the fine-dining restaurant founded by Chris Salans on Jalan Raya Sanggingan, north-west of central Ubud, with Blake Thornley now running the kitchen. It serves a seasonal tasting menu, with optional wine pairing, every evening.

Because it is the fine-dining table founded by Chris Salans, with a named team, published hours and policies, and a full plant-based version of the menu. For one big dinner during your stay, you know in advance how it works.

Getting there
